The steps for issuing the register are completed with the issuance of the invoice, the electronic payment and the printing of the commercial register.
The Saudi Ministry of Commerce had announced the issuance of 104,521 commercial documents since the beginning of questyear 2021, according to the newspaper “Al-Iqtisadiah”, official spokesman for the ministry.
Al-Hussein explained that the number of commercial registrations issued to major and subsidiary institutions amounted to 95,368 registrations, while the number of commercial registrations issued to major and subsidiary companies reached 9,153 registrations.
He specified that the commercial activities, in tops the list of activities of the year in course, were the wholesale and retail trade, the repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, followed by hospitality and catering activities, and then the construction sector.
