Dragon Ball: The Breakers Update 1.14

Main In-Game Adjustments and Specific Changes

1. Removal of FLEX: RAIDER/SURVIVOR option in the ROLE SELECTION screen: The option to switch between being a Raider or Survivor during a match has been removed from the Role Selection screen. Players will now have to choose their role before entering a match and stick to that role throughout.

2. Supply boxes will no longer fall in the same area in all areas except Area X: To enhance fairness and strategy, two supply boxes will no longer spawn in the same area, except for Area X.

3. Limit Gauge reduction when using Super Attack during Ultimate Dragon Change: Previously, using the Super Attack during Ultimate Dragon Change would not reduce the Limit Gauge. Now, it will reduce the Limit Gauge, but at a lower rate compared to using the Super Attack during normal Dragon Change. The Limit Gauge will not deplete over time or by normal ki attacks.

4. Added signals for food placed using the active skill “Cook”: When players use the active skill “Cook” to place food, there will now be visual signals to indicate the location of the food.

5. Added unique signals for each type of vending machine: To make it easier for players to locate specific vending machines, unique signals have been added for each type of vending machine in the game.

6. Improved item acquisition with the skill “Head Start [X]”: Previously, the skill “Head Start [X]” allowed players to start the battle with one relevant item. Now, players will start with two relevant items when using this skill. If players have three or more skills of this type equipped, the first two selected skills’ relevant items will be placed in their inventory, and the remaining items will be placed on the ground in front of their avatar when the match begins.

7. Changes to “VS Raider” medal acquisition in ONLINE MATCH: When facing a Raider whose HP can change by swapping out or recovery in an ONLINE MATCH, the “VS Raider” medal that Survivors can obtain will now depend on the overall HP of the Raider at the last evolution stage they achieved.

8. Changes to evasion during charge motion of certain Transphere Super Attacks: The Transphere Super Attacks “Gigantic Charge,” “Apocalyptic Burst,” and “Fierce Fist” can now be evaded during the charge motion by players.

9. Equalization of Super Attack “Fierce Fist” resistance to Raiders’ attacks: The resistance of the Super Attack “Fierce Fist” to Raiders’ attacks has been aligned with other strike-based Transphere Super Attacks, such as Kaioken Assault and others.

10. Knockback direction adjustment and reduced cooldown time after executing “Gigantic Meteor” Transphere Super Attack: The knockback direction of the Transphere Super Attack “Gigantic Meteor” has been changed, and the time required before another action can be taken after executing this Super Attack has been shortened.

11. Adjustments to skills “Shapeshift (Camouflage)” and “Shapeshift (Missile)”: The skill “Shapeshift (Camouflage)” will revert its effect if the player comes into contact with lava on the DANGEROUS GROUND battlefield. The skill “Shapeshift (Missile)” will no longer revert its effect when in close proximity to lava on the DANGEROUS GROUND battlefield.

12. Changes to skills dependent on view orientation: Skills such as Charming Pose and Solar Flare, which depend on the view orientation of targeted characters, have been adjusted to take the affected character’s vertical facing into account.

13. Improved range and installation on cliffs for the “Zipline Device” skill: The range of the “Zipline Device” skill has been increased, making it easier to install on cliffs higher than the user.

14. Adjustments to passive skill “Midair Jump” and “Fortuneteller Baba” Survivor Skin: Survivors with the “Midair Jump” skill can no longer jump in the air when pressing the “Jump” button while moving with the active skill “Grappling Device.” Additionally, the “Fortuneteller Baba” Survivor Skin will no longer halt ascent when landing on the ground after ascending a cliff while floating, even if the jump input continues to be pressed.

15. Fixes related to water physics and stages: When a Survivor is defeated above the water in a stage, they will now sink to the bottom of the water without being slowed down by the water’s surface.

16. Addition of automatically respawning destructible object in Area X in Practice Mode: A destructible object will now respawn automatically in Area X during Practice Mode.

17. Adjustments to Raiders based on battle statistics: Several adjustments have been made to the Raiders based on current battle statistics for specific Raiders like Cell, Frieza, Majin Buu, Vegeta, and Broly. These adjustments include changes to hit detection, lock-on distances, passive and active skills, and more.

18. Improvements and fixes to various Super Attacks: Several Super Attacks, including Transpheres like “Super Kamehameha,” “Perfect Kamehameha,” “Super Galick Gun,” “Warp Kamehameha,” and “Father-Son Kamehameha,” have been adjusted. These adjustments include decreased startup time, increased projectile speed, increased hit detection box size, and visual effects adjustments.
