The Yellowstone universe continues as the broadcast sequel Marshals (also known as Y: Marshals) prepares for its Season 2 premiere on CBS.
The series enters its second season following a dominant performance in its debut year. Marshals was the #1 drama for the 2025-26 broadcast season, averaging 19.3 million multiplatform viewers and overtaking other network heavyweights.
Luke Grimes continues his role as Kayce Dutton, maintaining the narrative thread between the original Yellowstone and this broadcast expansion. The ensemble cast, which includes Logan Marshall-Green, Arielle Kebbel, and Ash Santos, will also be joined by a high-profile newcomer for the second season: country music star Riley Green.
While Marshals has seen a divisive reception among some critics regarding its transition to network television, the massive viewership numbers suggest a strong audience appetite for the ongoing saga of the Dutton family and their allies.
