Saber Interactive has released update 1.015.001 (v15.1) for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 on PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. This patch focuses on damage increases to the One Handed Thunder Hammer and increases the ammunition capacity for the Melta Rifle, while also addressing gameplay bugs and balancing Crucible and Chaos Siege modes.

Weapon Balance and Utility Changes

The One Handed Thunder Hammer receives damage increases across its move set. Its base damage is increased by 10%. The Underhand Swing damage is increased by 67%, while both the Echoing Swing and Energised Strike abilities receive a 100% damage boost.

The default maximum ammunition for the Melta Rifle is increased to 12, and its magazine capacity is increased to 6.

Crucible and Chaos Siege Adjustments

- Chaos Siege: Melee damage from summonable Hellbrutes has been reduced by 30%.

Update 1.015.001 addresses technical issues and reverts certain ability behaviors. The Auspex Scan has been restored to its Patch 14.2 behavior, removing unintended Gunstrike buffs.
