The El Monumental stadium witnessed a comedy scene before the start of the match between Argentina and Bolivia in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers for the South American region.
The Peruvian referee, Kevin Ortega, and the players of the two teams had to look for the ball before the kick-off, although it is normal for there to be many balls during matches.
The referee appeared to be looking left and right in an attempt to find the ball, and the same thing was done by Argentina manager Lionel Scaloni, before a ball was found and the match began.
Argentina defeated Bolivia 3-0 in 10th round of South American qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, at the Monumental Stadium in Buenos Aires.
