A Jordanian went to recite Umrah on behalf of his father, and he, his mother and his stepmother died in an accident

The Jordanian road was devastated this morning, Wednesday, after the death of 3 people in a road accident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while they were on their way to perform the Umrah rituals.

Jordanian citizen, Ahmed Kayed Bani Yassin, died at the age of 45, of Irbid governorate in northern Jordan, along with his mother and stepmother, at dawn today, Wednesday, in a traffic accident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The deceased’s uncle, Luqman Bani Yassin, told Al-Arabiya.net that the incident occurred while Ahmed, his mother and stepmother were on their way to Mecca Al-Mukarramah to perform Umrah on behalf of his father, who passed away 4 months ago.

Bani Yassin explained that they are currently in ongoing agreements with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to receive the bodies in so that they can be buried in their hometown in Irbid Governorate.

It should be noted that the late Al-Kayed passed away almost 4 months after the death of his father Dr. Kayed Al-Kayed Bani Yassin.

For his part, an official source in the Jordanian Foreign Ministry confirmed to Al-Arabiya.net to have been informed of the incident, but awaits detailed and official information to take the requested measures.
