Tesla boss Elon Musk confirmed via Twitter that the situation is returning to normal after a failure on the company’s servers on Friday prevented the operation of the auto electric produced by the famous brand.
Musk tweeted that “the situation is back to normal”, speaking of Network pressure problem. “We apologize and will take steps to prevent this from happening again,” he added.
Musk had replied to a South Korean user of auto Tesla having trouble getting his Tesla Model 3 to work through the Apple app.
The driver explained he couldn’t start his own auto with the phone and had to use a card-shaped key he had.
Tweeters tweeted that many Tesla owners were locked out of theauto and one of them said: They told us that we are helping the environment with aauto electric, but it never came to me in mind that I should have walked. The crash was reported by users in several countries including the United States, Canada, Denmark and Germany.
