Many of us try not to snack if we want to lose weight. However, there is one product that can suppress your appetite and help you feel full.
In an interview with Express, JustCBD-registered dietitian and fitness expert Natalie Komova shared her best eating habits to burn visceral fat.
She recommended peanuts as the best appetite suppressant.
“Peanuts are a great source of fiber, protein, and heart-healthy fats (such as monounsaturated fats or polyunsaturated fats),” she said.
“In addition to the nutrients mentioned, peanuts are also rich in flavonoids, phytosterols, phenolic acids, and resveratrol. These compounds reduce the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease, extending your life. The amino acid tryptophan in peanuts increases the production and release of a chemical called serotonin which improves mood.
She added, “The vitamin E and B vitamins in peanuts have been linked to skin health. Vitamin E, in particular, prevents dermatitis associated with a number of problems, including itching, dryness, redness, swelling, and sensitivity.”
“I highly recommend pairing drinks and food with these brisk walking, jogging and running exercises,” Natalie added.
