A serious flaw appears in the iPhone 13 devices and Apple attached to this matter!

Several users have reported a problem with their new iPhone 13 phones, in where the phone screens turned pink randomly during use, making it impossible to use the phone without restarting it.

And in October, one user posted in a forum for Apple device users that his iPhone 13 Pro’s screen had turned pink and started freezing in randomly, according to 9to5mac, which was reviewed by Al Arabiya.net.

Despite having replaced the phone, the problem returned and several other users confirmed its presence in the following weeks and months.

For its part, Apple claimed that it was just a bug of the software, as there have been no reports of crashes for any issues with devices that users have reported having problems with.

The My Drivers blog found that Apple released a statement this weekend on the social network Chinese Weibo, as the vast majority of complaints came from China.

“We haven’t seen any hardware-related issues with the iPhones because pink screens only occur when the system is off,” Apple said.

According to post, Apple advised users to backup their data and install the latest available update to rule out incompatibility between the app version and the iOS version.
