A world-renowned company that allows its employees to live and work “where they want”!

Home rental company Airbnb has announced that it plans to allow its employees to live and work where they want as other companies begin to look beyond the “Covid 19” pandemic and give employees more freedom.

Brian Chesky, the company’s CEO and co-founder, revealed the move in a tweet on Twitter, stating that employee pay would not change if they decided to move.

“You have the flexibility to live and work in 170 countries for up to 90 days per year in each location, “he said, without specifying in which countries they would not be in able to work or because the 90-day limit would be set.

In a separate email to employees, Chesky said employees will still need to specify a permanent address for tax and wage reasons.

Chesky said Airbnb employees will be personally responsible for obtaining the appropriate work permits, adding that the San Francisco-based company is working with local governments to facilitate this, adding that more than 20 countries offer work visas to distance.
