Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and his girlfriend, retired race car driver Danica Patrick, took their relationship to the next level by purchasing a $ 28 million Malibu mansion together. The couple – who have been together since February 2018 – bought the property from musician Robbie Williams, and it was a cash transaction.
According to Variety, the property includes a main house with three floors and rigid symmetry, as well as a detached garage which also includes a two-bedroom guest house. Rodgers and Patrick have been renting the property for a few months and she has already hosted a few episodes of her Pretty Intense podcast at home.

The deeds and documents relating to the property indicate that Rodgers may technically be the sole owner of the Mediterranean villa-style complex, which was built in 1981 and once rented by Janet Jackson. She was actually interviewed at home by Robin Roberts after the death of her brother Michael Jackson in 2009. The property was also briefly owned by Netflix chief operating officer Ted Sarandos.
The house includes 4,636 square feet, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the guest house / garage combo adds another 1,198 square feet of space. There is a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, an open plan floor plan and stunning ocean views. It also includes a multimedia room, a games room and a master suite with a spa-style bathroom.
Patrick and Rodgers met at the ESPY Awards in 2012 and became friends while she was in a five-year relationship with teammate Rickey Stenhouse Jr. and he was in a three-year relationship with actress Olivia Munn.

Patrick was also married from 2005 to 2013 to physiotherapist Paul Edward Hospenthal.
Rodgers and Patrick unleashed their romance in early 2018, shortly after his retirement from racing at the end of the 2017 season. However, the 37-year-old competed in the Daytona 500 and Indianapolis 500 in 2018 before officially call him.
While Rodgers still plays in the NFL, Patrick has published two books in the past two years – Danica: Crossing The Line, which talks about his racing career, and the lifestyle book Pretty Intense.
