ACWA Power, an international water and energy company, has announced that it has obtained a commercial operation certificate for the first phase of photovoltaic cells (PVFD1), with a capacity of 217 megawatts, for the Noor Energy 1 project in Dubai.
ACWA Power stated in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Monday, to own a 25% stake in Noor Energy 1 Company.
The company anticipated that the financial impact of managing the project will appear on the company’s financial results for the first quarter of 2022.
