The show will highlight just how creative UK farmers need to become when faced with such uncertainty.

It is set in four idyllic locations and will see a group of farmers being given expert advice on how to change their farms and set off in a new direction.

It has not been reported when the show is set to air, however, Adam has also been busy running his Farm Park too with help from his family.

He added: “There’s lots going on and the farm’s really busy too. We’re busy lambing and planning spring crops.”

However, Adam shared that his partner Charlotte Henson is keen to remain away from the cameras, preferring to stay behind the scenes.

Speaking on his family being involved in his TV work, the famed farmer said: “Both my children have been on in the past, they are happy to do that.

“My partner Charlie, she’s not so keen on being in front of the camera, she’s worked behind the scenes before.

“She works in production so she understands television but doesn’t want to be in front of the camera,” he added.

In 2010, the presenter spoke of where he and his partner Charlotte and their children Alfie, 18 and Ella, 23 live.

He said: “At Bemborough Farm in Guiting Power, on the same holding as the Cotswold Farm Park.

“I ‘inherited’ the tenancy from my father; in fact, my lad, Alfie, has the same bedroom I used to sleep in as a child.

“It seems to me a pretty perfect childhood. Ella and Alfie both know about the birds and the bees, life and death, and the seasons.

“I feel that teaches them values. But Charlie loves the city life, and we often have city breaks, so our children have ended up with the best of both worlds.”

Adam has run the Cotswold Farm Park alongside business partner since 1999 when he took it over from his father.

However, the ongoing UK lockdown has seen the popular attraction lose vital funds, as the nation was told to stay home for a third time to prevent the rapid spread of coronavirus.

Tonight Adam will appear on Springtime On The Farm from Cannon Hall Farm in Yorkshire.

Springtime on the Farm will be broadcast on Channel 5 at 8pm from Monday to Friday, 9th-13th April
