One of the most anticipated films of the year has to be Good Newwz. With a cast of mega star including Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani, the film is also a sitcom with a fresh and interesting concept. The trailer for the film released a few weeks ago went viral on social media. In the film, we see a couple opting for the IVF procedure for childbirth and their sperm mixes up because of their common surname.

Since the film deals with childbirth, Akshay and Diljit have tried to understand the pain a woman feels during the process. The two actors published today a video in which they go through electronic simulations of the same pain. Akshay shared the video on his social media with a caption that said, “Diljit Dosanjh and I are having labor pains: Good Newwz A small step to understand what mothers are going through @diljitdosanjh & me. Dil se – RESPECT of all the mummies, delivering #GoodNewwz is more difficult than anyone can imagine! @dharmamovies. ”

Directed by debutante Raj Mehta, Good Newwz is produced by Karan Johar and should be released on December 27, 2019.
