Al-Burhan appreciates the Kingdom’s efforts to seriously address the effects of climate change

The president of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereign Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, praised the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to seriously address the effects of climate change in Middle East.

In his speech at the summit of the Green Middle East Initiative, held today in Sharm El-Sheikh, Al-Burhan stressed the importance of holding the summit at its second edition to address the challenges of climate change, indicating that this initiative, in its previous, current and future version is the appropriate scientific and practical mechanism to absorb the treatment of adverse effects on climate change and environmental conservation.
