Al Jaber argues with UN envoy in Yemen’s efforts to make the truce a success

The Ambassador of the Guardian of the Two Holy Mosques in Yemen, the supervisor of the SDRPY, Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber, met today in Riyadh the special envoy of the UN Secretary-General to Yemen, Hans Grundberg. and discuss joint efforts to achieve a comprehensive political solution to the Yemeni crisis and discuss efforts to make the UN-sponsored truce a success, with the aim of achieving a permanent and global ceasefire in Yemen, and to initiate the political process between the Yemeni government and the Houthis, as well as underlining the importance of the Houthis’ commitment in terms of the current truce and the rapid opening of the Taiz crossings, to alleviate the human suffering present there and to deposit the income in the Bank of Yemen to pay civilian wages.
