Al-Nasser described the “Namaat” program as a way to enable Aramco’s partners to play a key role in increasing value added in the energy and chemicals supply chain.
He said that “our partners can benefit from a wide range of financial and infrastructure incentives through the government’s partner program and these initiatives will help support the program (Namaat) and encourage more investments that improve technical and environmental aspects.”
