Al-Othaim Investment announces ‘Kunouz’ project in Riyadh, worth 7 billion riyals

Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Company has announced the start of construction of the huge “Kunouz” project in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, costing more than 7 billion riyals.

The project, which is carried out on aarea of 114,000 square meters, it has a prime location between King Fahd and Olaya streets in northern Riyadh.

The project includes a shopping center that provides over 120,000 square meters of space in rent, designed according to the latest specifications, and a world-class hotel with a built-up area of ​​50,000 m² with approximately 250 hotel rooms, and luxury hotels and residential apartments on aarea of 80,000 sq m.

The project also includes modern commercial offices on aarea of 90,000 square meters, as well as a city of entertainment enclosed on aarea of 20,000 square meters, which will be built and equipped according to the best standard to support tourism and entertainment projects in the capital, Riyadh, as well as 10,000 m2 of green spaces, and parking lots that accommodate 5 people, thousands of auto.
