Alam shareholders approve the distribution of dividends in 30% cash for 2021

Elm shareholders, during the ordinary general meeting, yesterday, Monday, approved the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute dividends in cash to shareholders for fiscal year 2021, for a total of 232.8 million riyals.

The company, “Elm,” said in a statement in “Tadawul Saudi” today Tuesday that dividends are 3 riyals per share, representing 30% of the par value of the share, for the 77.6 million shares entitled to dividends.

The eligibility of dividends is due to the shareholders of the company who hold shares at the end of the day of the general meeting and who are registered in the company’s records at the Securities Deposit Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the date of deadline and the distribution date will be Sunday 22 May 2022.

The shareholders have agreed to authorize the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends to shareholders on a half-yearly or quarterly basis for fiscal year 2022.

The shareholders approved the report of the Board of Directors, the financial statements and the report of the independent auditors for the financial year 2021.
