Algeria: Algeria national football team advanced to the semi-finals of the African Cup of Nations for local players after the victory in delay on the Ivory Coast 1-0 in the match that brought them together today, Friday, at the “Nelson Mandela” stadium in the Algerian capital, in the quarter-finals of the tournament. The Algerian national team owes qualification to its striker, Ayman Mayous, who scored the only goal of the match in the fourth minute of calculated time instead of losing after the second half on a penalty kick announced by the Mauritanian referee Abdel Aziz Bouh, after his return to the technique of the video assistant referee.
