Algeria’s hydrocarbon exports increase by 77% to 42.6 billion dollars in 9 months

The Algerian news agency quoted the energy minister on Sunday as saying that Algerian hydrocarbon exports increased 77% year-on-year to $ 42.6 billion in the period from January to September 2022.

Minister Mohamed Arkab added that exports for the same period last year amounted to $ 24.1 billion.

He said Algeria’s hydrocarbon revenue is expected to exceed $ 50 billion by the end of 2022.

He said OPEC + ‘s decision to cut production by two million barrels per day “would keep market equilibrium and price stability within the $ 100 per barrel range through the end of the year.” .
