Tekashi 6ix9ine’s beef with his compatriot, Trippie Redd, was apparently manufactured by the label’s attorney, “Antonio’s lawyer” Harv “Ellison, via Vibe. Reported first by Complex, the point of sale stated that Ellison’s attorney was trying to get another trial for his client because there was insufficient evidence to prove that Harv had engaged in criminal behavior with Daniel Hernandez, also known under the name Tekashi 6ix9ine.
In October of this year, Ellison was slapped with kidnapping and robbery and later convicted of the Hernandez incident. According to Hernandez’s testimony, Harv apparently played a role in the attack on Trippie in November 2017.
Ellison’s lawyers, Deveraux Cannick and Calvin Scholar, claimed that Harv was playing for Hernandez’s defense during the quarrel between Tekashi and Trippie Redd. The director of Redd would have contributed to the attack by sending the place to Daniel.
During the so-called false fight, Harv, who worked for the safety of Mr. Hernandez, rushed to his defense. Harv’s lawyers added that there was evidence that Harv had simply acted as part of a scheme that looked more like a publicity stunt for both parties.
As previously reported, Tekashi testified that Harv and Nuke were members of the New York gang wearing the badge, the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Prosecutors presiding over the case said the two men were gang members who frequently terrorized the neighborhood.
Hernandez testified that he pleaded with Harv, asking him not to shoot, adding that he had given him money and that he was simply tired of being extorted. The incident was filmed by Harv and recorded by the driver, Jorge Rivera.
Harv’s lawyers then requested a new trial, finding that the connection between them was carefully organized. Since the trial was widely announced earlier this year, Trippie Redd has said little about Tekashi 6ix9ine.
Rather than engage in the so-called quarrel, Trippie Redd recently celebrated her latest record, placing first in the Billboard 200 standings. This is her first record to reach the coveted spot.
