Bollywood’s one of the most-adored actress Anushka Sharma who has turned 33 yesterday, on Sunday thanked her fans and well wishers for the lovely birthday wishes, and said it just did not feel right to celebrate her birthday.
The gorgeous diva did not had a birthday celebration due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in India. Taking to her social media handle, Anushka shared a video today wherein she can be seen thanking her fans and followers for the wishes and said it truly made her day special.
“Hi guys, I hope you all are safe. I just wanna say a big thank you for the lovely birthday wishes, it truly made my day special. But in the midst of all this pain and suffering it just did not feel me right to celebrate my birthday,” Anushka said in the clip.
The ‘PK’ star then said that she has seen the special messages her fans have sent her, and now she has an important message for everyone.
“But I have seen your special messages to me and now I have an important message for you. I would like to appeal everyone to unite and support our country in this hour of crisis. Virat and I are coming together to do our bit. We will be sharing details soon so that you can also become part of this movement. Remember we are all in this together. Guys, please stay safe and take care of yourself,” Anushka added.

The power couple Virushka became parents to a baby girl- Vamika, in January 2021. On the work front, Anushka was last seen in ‘Zero’ co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She has also produced horror film ‘Bulbbul’, and crime thriller series ‘Paatal Lok’.
She will next produce the drama series ‘Mai’, about a middle-aged housewife fighting crime, for Netflix.
