At least 17 dead in festive gunfire in Kabul – reports

September 4 (Reuters) – At least 17 people were killed in festive gunfire in Kabul, news agencies said: on Saturday, after Taliban sources said their fighters… in seized control of panjshiro, the last province in Afghan holding company out against the Islamist group.
