Barack Obama says women are “unquestionably better” leaders than men

Who runs the world?!? Former President Barack Obama apparently agrees with Queen Bey on this point.

In a speech in Singapore, Obama spoke about what’s going on in the world and said that even if women are not perfect, they are “unquestionably better” in leadership than men.

Barack Obama said he thought most of the world’s problems came from the elderly, mainly men, who held positions of power and if women ruled all countries of the world, there would be a general improvement in living standards. and results, according to the BBC.

“Now women, I just want you to know; you are not perfect, but what I can say is undoubtedly that you are better than us (men), “said Obama. “I am absolutely confident that for two years, if every nation on earth was led by women, you would see a significant improvement on just about everything … the standard of living and the results.”

Obama was speaking at a private leadership event. When asked if he would consider returning to political leadership, he said he believed the leaders would step down when the time came.

“If you look at the world and look at the problems, it’s usually older people, usually older men, who don’t shirk,” said Obama. “It is important that political leaders try to remember that you are there to do a job, but you are not there for life, you are not there to support your own sense of personal importance or your own power.”

Since leaving the White House, he and former first lady Michelle Obama have created a foundation that supports young leaders from around the world. Our favorites were in Kuala Lumpur last week for an Obama Foundation event.

Roommates, do you agree with Barack Obama on this one? Let us know.
