Inside the Infinite Kitchen

The restaurant’s large window enables customers to witness the preparation process firsthand, as their orders are prepared to perfection. Inside, customers can order from one of five tablets located in the middle of the store, eliminating the need for long wait times associated with mobile orders. The “Infinite Kitchen,” which resembles bulk food dispensers found in grocery stores, is located behind the counter. It contains almost all the ingredients needed to create customers’ warm bowls and salads. After an order is placed, the Infinite Kitchen assembles the bowl with dressing on the bottom, followed by greens, grains, and toppings.
