Camila Cabello reveals her plans for Shaw and Mendes for NYE!

The holidays are approaching and it looks like one of the most popular couples in Hollywood has big plans for the season! Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes are apparently going to celebrate New Years Eve in Toronto, which is the singer’s hometown!

On Andy Cohen’s SiryXM radio show, simply titled Radio Andy, Camila spilled the grain when asked about her plans this winter.

“I think I’m just going to hang out with Shawn. I mean, I don’t think so, I know! I think I could hang out with Shawn!” She repeated, rolling hilarious eyes over herself.

She said it means they are both going to vacation in Canada, but that doesn’t mean they know exactly what they’re going to do during their stay, given the colder weather.

Still, Andy, who seemed excited to know more about their projects, wondered if they were going to be more inside or outside.

When she replied that they would likely go out a lot, the host warned them that it might be difficult since they are celebrities.

“Well, I don’t know. Who knows what will happen,” said Camila, noting that she was looking forward to New Years Eve too.

Andy asked Camila even more about her relationship with Shawn, including whether the lyrics to her collaboration song with Taylor Swift, “Lover,” speak of Camila.

She replied jokingly: “They better be!”

In the song, he compares their romance to that of Rose and Jack in the movie Titanic.

“The girl in my story has always been you / I would go down with the Titanic, it’s true, for you, my lover,” he sings.

Publicity

That being said, it is logical that the romantic lyrics speak of it since they obviously go out together.
