Can Germany produce 800 new Panther tanks?

The German company Rheinmetall plans to sell 800 modern KF51 Panther tanks to NATO countries by 2035.

She also intends to sell another 8,000 tanks of this type to the armies of the world in the coming decades.

At the same time, many Asriyyah analysts believe that these expectations are exaggerated and very optimistic.

For example, some armies using the German Leopard 2 tank have chosen or started testing South Korean K2 Black Panther tanks, referring to the Polish and Norwegian armies.

As for the experimental tank KF51 Panther, shown in June last year, now we are not talking about a real tank, but only about a caterpillar model.

It is assumed that this tank will receive a 130 mm automatic cannon with 20 rounds, and there is also a reserve group of 10 rounds.

The tank will be armed with a 12.7 mm heavy machine gun. As for the 7.62 mm anti-aircraft gun, it will be installed in a remotely controlled turret.

The tank will also be equipped with four quadcopter helicopters and two suicide drones designed to destroy distant targets. It is expected that the tank will weigh 59,000 kg, its engine power will be 1,500 horsepower, and the crew will be 3 people. He will be able to travel up to 500 km without refueling.
