(CAS) rejects Al-Ahly’s request to postpone the African Champions League final

Cairo: The International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) rejected the request of the club Egyptian Al-Ahly to postpone the African Champions League final, in program next Monday, at the stadium complex (Mohamed V Stadium). The Confederation of African Football (CAF) stated in a statement on his official website today, Thursday, that he received the Sports Court ruling, which came in his favor, in Al-Ahly’s complaint against him, in when he rejected the “red genius” request for postponement of the African Champions League final. He added that the CAF was obliged to implement the decision of the Executive Office taken in July 2019, which provided that the Champions League final would be played in one game.
