Italian firm Cavalli has announced plans to launch a $ 545 million luxury skyscraper in Dubai with Damac Properties, according to “Reuters”.
Cavalli’s general manager, Eno Fontana, said: The business plan expects the company to reach a break-even point in 2023.
In turn, DAMAC Properties founder Hussain Sajwani said in a press conference in Milan, in answer to a question if the company is looking for other opportunities in Italy, which is looking at data centers and wants to build one in Milan if it finds a suitable plan.
Asked if Cavalli could be an agent for other luxury brands, Sajwani added that there is currently no work on anything serious and is open to any suggestions and opportunities.
