Celebrity chef Dave Myers, known as one half of TV duo The Hairy Bikers, has opened up about his experience with cancer and chemotherapy, which left him unable to walk or ride his motorbike. Despite being diagnosed with cancer last May, Myers is still receiving treatment. He admitted that chemotherapy had caused nerve damage, and that his ability to balance and move had suffered dramatically as a result. However, he has vowed to continue working, and will film a new series of an upcoming Hairy Bikers show with co-host Si King, although Myers admitted that he will require physiotherapy to help him ride his motorbike.
