David Beckham admits he was “star struck” when he met Emilia Clarke

The fact that he is one of the biggest football stars on the planet does not mean that David Beckham can not be hit by a small star when he is near one of his favorite actresses. Beckham recently met Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke at a Fleetwood Mac concert behind the scenes. He took the opportunity to take a selfie with Mother of Dragons and publish the meeting on Instagram.

Beckham and Clarke were this week at the Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, which is an annual event hosted by Salesforce. And the football superstar and the Emmy-nominated actress spoke at the conference before the Fleetwood Mac concert.

“Once again, I was a little star struck while she was near the mother of the dragons,” writes Beckham in the caption of the photo. “It’s so nice to see @emilia_clarke in San Fran while Fleetwood Mac was delighted # # dreamforce2019.”

Beckham also had the chance to make three different selfies with Stevie Nicks, Christina McVie, and Mick Fleetwood, members of Fleetwood Mac.

The 44-year-old woman also took a picture of Clarke with Nicks, which she posted on her Instagram page. Clarke said in the legend that it was “not serious” that Nicks wants to say hello on stage. Clarke then wrote that she loved Nicks and thanked Beckham for capturing the greatest moment of her life so far.

Beckham never hesitated to express his love for Game of Thrones and he was extremely excited early in the year when Gwendoline Christie – who played Brienne of Tarth – sent him an “amazing” birthday message. In the video, Christie told Beckham that she would protect his back, keep his advice and give his life for him, if necessary, before ending the video with “Happy Birthday David de Brienne of Tarth”.

As for Clarke, she has embarked on new projects since the end of Game of Thrones in May. However, she recently revealed on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast that she had no idea how many nu*e scenes she would make when she joined Game of Thrones to play Daenerys Targaryen.

Clarke says she accepted the problem before shooting the first season and that her co-star Jason Mamoa made her more comfortable.

“Now things are very different,” Clarke said, adding, “And I’m much more knowledgeable about myself and what I’m comfortable with.”

Emilia Clarke is currently in the Christmas romantic comedy, Last Christmas, which takes place in the country’s movie theaters.
