Deutsche Bank warns of two risks to global equity markets

Strategic analysts at Deutsche Bank see the high valuations of the stocks and an earnings cycle in acceleration increase the risk of selling shares on the financial markets.

German banking analysts pointed out that High valuations by themselves do not necessarily herald a major correction in the market.

On the other hand, Deutsche Bank expected that equity market gains would not continue, to join Goldman Sachs Group, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup.

It is worth noting that the S&P 500 index has reached record consecutive in August and September, increasing by 20% since the beginning of the year.
