A new update has been released for Diablo 4, bringing several bug fixes, improvements, and gameplay updates. The update, known as Diablo 4 Update 1.24, is now available for all platforms, including PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and PC. The file size may vary depending on the platform you are using.
One of the gameplay updates included in this patch is the addition of a Refund All button to Paragon Boards. This button makes it easier for players to rework their Paragon Points, as players have expressed that this is a common occurrence. Additionally, the Gold income from Whispers in the Season of Blood has been increased.
Another exciting addition is the Training Dummy, an inanimate and un-killable foe that players can test their skills against. The Training Dummy can be found in an underground room in Kyovashad. Players can choose to attack one Training Dummy or a small group of them, with the option to adjust the difficulty level.
In the Season of Blood, there have been improvements to Blood Wells, which now drop more Battery of potent blood. This increases the average amount dropped, providing players with more resources. Furthermore, additional information has been added to Vampiric Power tooltips and the Vampiric Powers upgrade screen, making it easier for players to understand the requirements and activation costs.
Several bugs have also been addressed in this update. For example, a bug that caused the Screen Writer to not fully read the Hunter’s Acclaim title in the Accessibility settings has been fixed. In dungeons and events, issues with progress being reset in the Halls of the Damned dungeon and doors randomly appearing in the Whispering Pines dungeon have been resolved.
Numerous bug fixes related to gameplay have been implemented as well. Issues such as Shrine Buffs not applying when activated while mounted, monsters not properly scaling their Life in Nightmare Dungeons, and the Sorcerer’s Ice Shards skill missing short targets have now been resolved.
The Season of Blood has also received bug fixes. This includes fixing issues where certain events and rewards were not properly functioning in local co-op play, as well as addressing problems with Vampiric Powers and equipment tooltips. The Blood Harvest event and various quests have also been fixed to prevent progression from being blocked.
Furthermore, there have been improvements to the user interface and user experience. Issues such as missing Stash icons in some towns, inconsistent achievement progression percentage display, and inventory sorting problems have been resolved.
With Diablo 4 Update 1.24, players can expect a more refined and enjoyable gaming experience. The update brings significant improvements and bug fixes across various aspects of the game, ensuring that players can fully immerse themselves in the world of Diablo 4.
