Dubai adopts a new housing package for citizens worth 6.3 billion dirhams including these areas

The ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has approved a new housing package for the citizens of Dubai for a total cost of 6.3 billion dirhams.

The package includes housing and land for 4,610 citizens, in coinciding with the advent of Eid Al-Fitr and within the framework of the city housing program in Dubai.

In detail, the new package of projects includes 4,610 plots of land and housing, including the construction of 1,110 housing units in the second area of Al Khawaneej and the allocation of 3,500 plots of land in the areas of Umm Nahd Al Rabea and Al Awir.

The residential project in the second area of Al Khawaneej includes several options for housing units, including villas, double villas and townhouses, in addition to the allocation of approximately 5 million square meters of gardens, green spaces, recreational areas and various facilities and services.

The project includes many new services and facilities, including a number of shops, a gym, a boardwalk and cycle paths.

The completion of the project is scheduled for 2025, as the decision reflects the enthusiasm of the ruler of Dubai to provide all means of support to citizens and to improve family stability and a dignified life for them.
