The trains have been suspended in Scotland until after Christmas when the country’s latest round of railway strikes begins. And the British news agency “BA Media” reported that the company “Scott Real” had warned that no trains would run in Scotland on Christmas Day (today Sunday) or the day after. Services are expected to resume on 27 December. The strike, organized by members of the Union of Railways, Maritime and Transport, in the country’s railway network, is part of a long-standing dispute over wages. Trains were disrupted in the UK from 6pm (6pm GMT) on Saturday, when the strike began, and train services stopped from 3pm earlier, much earlier than usual, Scott Ryall said. Passengers have been warned in advance not to travel unless strictly necessary.
