If you haven’t followed up with the Bucks on social media this season, you’ll miss the most purely fun routine preparation in the NBA.
Milwaukee players typically hold their own WWE fight in the tunnel before taking the court with MVP king Giannis Antetokounmpo, Wesley Matthews and Robin Lopez leading the shenanigans. Matthews punched Lopez with a chair. Antetokounmpo gave Shawn Michaels style kick to Lopez’s face. A bunch of Bucks hit Lopez while he was down.
Basically Lopez gets a lot of punishment from someone before being rejected.

Prior to Thursday night’s game against the Lakers, Antetokounmpo and Matthews joined forces to tag Lopez back on the floor. Antetokounmpo dropped Lopez with “Cobra” and Matthews followed with the release of “The People’s Hock”, one of the hypocrites of former WWW star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
The video made its way to “The People’s Champ” himself, and Johnson gave the Bucks his stamp for approval.
Now that the Bucks have been spotted by the most electrified man in sports entertainment, where do they go from here? A Royal Rumble with all players and coaches eligible? Does money in the bank match a championship band sitting at the top of the board?
“We will leave soon,” Matthews said in late November (via the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel). “It’s something we’ve been doing for a while now … It’s just something like going through it but we’re really starting to embrace it, have fun, the team is starting to get in a little bit more and now we have to keep it fresh.”
Given that this team is in Milwaukee, can I recommend a “Stone Cold Stunner” followed by a few beers?
