Earthquake of magnitude 5 hits Papua New Guinea

An earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale struck the coast of Morobi County today in Papua New Guinea.

According to the US Geological Survey, the epicenter of the earthquake was 168.8 km, from the Finshavn region, at a depth of 10 km.

So far there have been no reports of human or material losses due to the earthquake.
