Emma Corrin Rocks New Diana Haircut in Virginia Woolf’s ‘Orlando’ Adaptation for ‘The Crown’

The March issue of ELLE UK is on sale, featuring Emma Corrin on the front cover. Emma, 27, is best known for her role as Diana, Princess of Wales in Netflix’s series The Crown. She identifies as non-binary and is currently appearing in a punk-rock version of Virginia Woolf’s 1928 novel Orlando at the West End’s Garrick Theatre. Emma spoke of her inspiration for the role, saying, “It’s such a brilliant book that teaches you so much about identity and love – all these fundamental questions that we ask. The adaptation is very much a celebration of theatre as well as a celebration of queer joy.”

The outfits for Emma’s shoot were provided by stylist Harry Lambert, a friend since they worked on The Crown. Harry is an advocate for young British designers. Also featured in the March issue of ELLE UK are Bafta-tipped Micheal Ward and Daryl McCormack, Anya Chalotra, Rosy McEwen, Jonah Hauer-King, and Dafne Keen.
