What’s the Heart in Heart of Stone?
There exists an incredibly powerful AI called The Heart, capable of tracking an individual’s entire online history and using that information to predict their future actions. However, its abilities extend far beyond predicting viewing habits or meal choices. The Heart can provide guidance on how to respond to global threats and even calculate the odds of successfully neutralizing them. This is where the Charter comes in.
According to VFX supervisor Mark Breakspear, The Heart is a “general AI” that can master any task it is given. It is also connected to a quantum computer, allowing for lightning-fast processing speeds. The Heart’s main function is to monitor human data, analyze it for patterns, and use those patterns to make predictions. The Charter utilizes The Heart’s capabilities to analyze situations and assist operatives in planning their next steps.
