Angel Adoree, 42, and her husband Dick Strawbridge, 61, invited viewers of their online subscription service The Salon to take a closer look into their personal treasure trove at home. The Escape To The Chateau couple shared stories behind some of their most beloved items, including Angel’s book series, where she admitted spelling her husband’s name incorrectly.

In a clip from their streaming service uploaded on to their Escape To The Chateau Instagram, the couple climbed 93 steps into the “Tresorie” where they keep their most prized possessions.
Dick began: “Erm, well this is a first by the way, not that I’m up in The Tresorie, but there’s gin in The Tresorie.
Angel looking glamorous with her signature red hair and bright blue kimono showed some pictures her children, Arthur and Dorothy, had made for her.
She said: “If the kids do me a picture and they love it, they go and tell me to put it up in this room.

Before going on to show a collection of china dolls sitting on a shelf and a pair of vintage shoes.
She continued: “When I was collecting just vintage stuff I did pick up these.”
Her spouse queried: “And do they fit you?”
Angel admitted: “No they never fitted me but I love them so much ”
Dick Strawbridge spotted Angel’s book series, The Vintage Tea, and asked which one was where she had spelt his “name wrong”
Not seeming offended at all by his wife’s misspelling, Dick added: “It was a love thing. Spelt my name wrong. That bloke Duck Strawfilbe”
Appearing bemused, Dick laughed: “It’s a girl thing.”
The former army major spotted Angel’s book series, The Vintage Tea, and asked which one was where she had spelt his “name wrong”.
He said: “There’s books one, two, and three. I met you when you were doing that one, is this the one you spelt my name wrong in?”
Angel began to chuckle over her hilarious blunder and she muttered: “Oh yeah.”

The book author admitted: “The second one I did spell your name wrong.”
Not seeming offended at all by his wife’s misspelling, Dick added: “It was a love thing. Spelt my name wrong. That bloke Duck Strawfilbe”.
Alongside the video preview of their streaming service offering, the pair encouraged fans to discover more content by clicking the link in their bio.
They typed: “Last week Dick & Angel took The Salon up all 93 steps into the Tresorie and told the stories of all Angel’s most treasured pieces.
“Vintage Patisserie pinafores, beautiful matchboxes, shoes that don’t fit, and slightly scary dolls, they all have a story and a reason to be cherished.”
