Exempt Gulf Nationals from obtaining a Haya card to enter in Qatar

The State of Qatar has announced the exemption of citizens and residents of the Gulf States from the requirement to obtain a Haya card for non-World Cup ticket holders to enter the country from all ports and crossings.

This was stated in a statement by the Qatari Interior Ministry, provided that this decision is implemented starting today, Tuesday.

And who will come in Qatar through the airports or by bus through the land ports will have to enter the country according to the normal procedures, without entering the Haya platform to obtain the card.

As for those arriving from land ports and by their own means, they can enter in Qatar starting next Thursday, and they need to get a permit through the site web of the Ministry of the Interior 12 hours before the date of travel, without paying the fee for the prior permit to enter the vehicles.

Qatar had stipulated the obtainment of the Haya card for anyone wishing to enter the country in coincided with the start of the 2022 World Cup, and the card allowed its holders to enter in Qatar and attend matches, as well as get tickets.
