The week of the Fantasy Football Championship is here in the majority of the championships and Chris Godwin’s injury schedule will not help the WR rankings. DeAndre Hopkins, DJ Chark, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Christian Kirk could also influence the decisions of the major decision makers. In the QB, the same goes for Dak Prescott, who has a shoulder injury before the Week 16 clash with the Eagles. We will have updates for all of these players below.

Dak Prescott Injury Update
For the first time in his career, Prescott confined himself to a practice on Wednesday. Cooper Rush got most of the first team reps for the Cowboys as Prescott deals with what teammate Ezekiel Elliott described as “AC joint” injury. Reese told reporters he suffered the same injury at college and did not miss a game. The Cowboys coach spoke to Prescott on Thursday:
Jason Garrett to Dak Prescott (shoulder): “Probably not going to fly too much today. I think rest is the best for him now. … I guess he’s going forward, but he hasn’t really tried much.”
– John Matsota (@jonmachota) December 19, 2019
In a huge game against the Eagles, Prescott will surely be in the fight. It would be encouraging for his fantasy owners to hope to use him against a sophomore to see him get more practice opponents this week, but regardless, if Prescott is active, he’s a top 10 QB for Week 16.

Chris Godwin playing on Saturday?
After Bruce Arians said earlier in the week that Godwin’s injury “doesn’t look good”, Godwin has lost practice all week. With the Buccaneers starting at 1 p.m. ET Saturday, it looks unlikely Godwin will play.
Assuming Godwin is out, Breshad Perriman is a start against Houston’s bad secondary. Justin Watson has a strong FLEX appeal as No. 2 and third WR Ishmael Hyman has some DFS appeal on Saturday’s plate. Wait for the tight ends O.J. Howard and Cameron Push to see a number of goals, if Goodwin is also out.

Is DeAndre Hopkins on Saturday?
Hopkins was absent from practice in Houston on Wednesday, while Will Fuller V was limited in injury time. Both are currently expected to be nice and fit until Saturday against the Buccaneers’ sideline.
Kenny Stills would come in as a WR3 / FLEX option if Hopkins or Fuller missed the game, but that seems unlikely. For now, Hopkins is locked in as one of the top receivers this week, while Fuller is a high-rise WR3 with boom or bust.

DJ Chark Injury News
Chark (ankle) returned to practice in limited fashion on Wednesday after ending Jacksonville’s game on Sunday. The Jaguars play Atlanta at 1pm. ET on Sunday.
Considering how poor the Falcons’ secondarys are, a Chark comeback will be huge like a mighty WR2 for the championship fantasy week. If Chark doesn’t come back, all three Chris Conley, Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole each have different degrees of FLEX appeal.

Is JuJu Smith-Schuster playing in Week 16?
The Steelers follow the same pattern as last week with Smith-Schuster (knee), letting him practice early in the week and seeing how his body responds. A week ago, this meant a full Wednesday practice before finally coming out on Sunday. This week, Smith-Schuster started with limited practice on Wednesday.
The suggestion here is that late-week practice reports will tell you about JuJu because if the Steelers think his knee fits well, they’ll kick him. Pittsburgh gets the Jets in Week 16, and it’s hard to count on any of their wideout as anything more than FLEX desperation plays.

Christian Kirk injury report
Kirk (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. He lost some practice time a week before heading into Week 15. That means Kirk’s last week’s practice reports will be the most fun for his condition for Sunday’s game in Seattle.
If Kirk loses practice late in the week, he could miss Sunday’s game, but right now he’s the only Arizona WR worth being considered as WR3 / FLEX for Week 16. Damiere Byrd would probably play more if Kirk is outside and is likely DFS.
