Kerryon Johnson’s potential return from injured reserve puts a new name on the line, making the hat for fantasy league games in Week 16. It could be complicated if Bo Scarbrough is active. And fantasy owners may still be wondering about Jordan Howard and Damien Williams, whose injuries have kept them out longer than originally anticipated. We have the latest updates below.

Is Kerryon Johnson playing Week 16?
Janson (knee) confirmed to reporters on Friday that he had surpassed his return to practice two weeks ago. MLive.com also said that “it is sure that it sounds like” Johnson will be activated by IR when eligible in Week 16. Johnson’s Sunday use could depend on the situation of Bo Scarbrough, who was a game decision before Sunday, damage.
It looks like the Wes Hills show will be a showdown week, as at least one if not both Johnson and Scarbrough should be back for Week 16. Johnson is the preferred play in a not-so-good matchup against Denver, assuming that is enabled. When you look at Johnson’s risk after a long absence, you can probably play him as FLEX.

Jordan Howard Damage Update
Eagles coach Doug Pederson said Monday that Howard (shoulder) is making progress and that he cannot rule him out for Sunday afternoon at 4:25 pm. ET vs. the Cowboys. Howard’s shoulder injury kept him out longer than expected, and there is still no evidence that his author was free to contact.
Howard will just complicate things at this point after Miles Sanders has made the Philadelphia backfield mostly his own. The Cowboys have a strong defense, so the only way we would feel comfortable for an Eagles back this week is if Howard is out again and Sanders gets most of the work in front of Boston Scott.

Damien Williams injures news
William missed Sunday’s game as he continues to recover from a rib injury, but also had a “disease” added to his name in the injury report as it looked like he could do it behind the ribs issue. Williams could return for Week 16 when the Chiefs play the Bears in Sunday’s football.
If illness was really the biggest issue by Sunday, we should know based on Williams’ practice reports for the first few weeks. If he is in the field on Wednesday, he will be good to play against Chicago. With Akiem Hicks back for the Bears, Williams is a low-end RB2 at best. If Williams is out, no KC back is a good game in a stacked backfield.
