DJ Chark Injury Update

Chark was excluded on Friday for Week 15, but still traveled with Jacksonville to Auckland. On Monday, Jags coach Doug Marrone said Chark was “clean to get on the field and run and cut”. The Jaguars play Atlanta at 1pm. ET on Sunday.

It’s a great game for Jacksonville this weekend, so anyone who did it through the semi-finals without Clark would love to get it back. Running and cutting on an injured ankle Monday should be considered a good sign of its availability. It must start if it is active. If Chark is out, Chris Conley, Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole have different degrees of appeal to FLEX.

Mike Evans playing Week 16?

Two reports, one by ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler and one by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, showed that Evans (hamstring) is out for the rest of the season. Chris Godwin and Scotty Miller also deal with injuries for Tampa Bay.

Looks like Saturday at 1 pm ET will be the exhibition of Breshad Perriman and Justin Watson on the TB wideout team. Against the Texans, this makes Perriman a start and Watson a solid FLEX game against a poor pass defense. O.J. Howard is also a fantasy starter at TE with Evans and Godwin so likely.

JuJu Smith-Schuster damages news

At the end of last week, Smith-Schuster (knee) said he was not sure when he would return and that he was in Mike Tomlin. He has missed the last four Pittsburgh games with a knee injury. The Steelers take on the Jets at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday.

If JuJu could not return for a crucial play-off that affected the Bills on Sunday night, it does not appear likely to play the rest of the way. Against the Jets, both James Washington and Diontae Johnson have FLEX credibility in an explosion or failure.

Nelson Agholor injury situation

When Eagles coach Doug Pederson spoke to reporters Monday, he said Agholor was making progress and would not rule out Agholor returning Sunday to face Dallas. Agholor (knee) has missed the last two games and Philadelphia are already without Alshon Jeffery for the rest of the season.

Agholor is not productive when playing, even without Jeffery, but if he is healthy, he will steal the playing time from the late Greg Ward. If Angolor is out, Ward is a solid FLEX game against Dallas, especially in the PPR championships, after catching seven passes for 61 yards and a late score in Week 15.
