Fertiglobe raises $ 795 million from a 13.8% offer in the Abu Dhabi market

Fertiglobe Holding, Inc. raised up to $ 795 million by offering 13.8% of its shares in stock exchange, the third largest listing in Abu Dhabi.

The company attracted $ 17 billion in orders from investors, including Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund and US investor Jeff Ubben, and the company’s initial public offering price was set at 2.55 dirhams, valuing the company at $ 5.8 billion.

Fertiglobe Holding, focused on fertilizers, is a strategic partnership between ADNOC and OCI.
