Today, Thursday, flyadeal launched its first regular flights from the capital, Riyadh, to Cairo airport in the Arab Republic of Egypt, after the airline completed all field preparations at King Khalid International Airport and the Cairo International Airport, providing skilled human cadres, technical skills and equipment necessary to provide all services for travelers.
Flyadeal’s executive vice president for commercial affairs and customer services, Ahmed bin Abdul Karim Al-Ibrahim, confirmed that the addition of the “Cairo station is part of the company’s effort to achieve the Kingdom Vision 2030 goals and strategy of the General Civil Aviation Authority by connecting the Kingdom with the outside world with cheap flights that offer various travel options at affordable prices ”. Competitively, to keep up with the growth of the aviation industry market in the Kingdom and the region in general.
Al-Ibrahim explained that the launch of the new destination in Cairo “will help strengthen the bonds of brotherhood between the populations of the two brother countries”, as well as strengthen the bonds of cooperation between them. in social, economic, cultural and tourist fields.
He specified that Cairo is the company’s third international destination, and the service will depart from the capital, Riyadh, with two daily flights. in both directions as a first stop, and will also add to the two international stations that have opened in the last year, namely Dubai and Kuwait, bringing the number of national and international stations on its network in growth to 16 stations.
Al-Brahim indicated that the airline’s domestic and international flight network is seeing an expansion, which will be reflected positively in offering more reasonably priced seats for the new destination from Riyadh, starting at 399 riyals. and from Cairo, starting at £ 1999, noting that this expansion will help serve citizens, residents and visitors who wish to travel.
Interestingly, flyadeal’s inauguration of its first international flights to Cairo coincides with the company’s arrival for the first time in its history, with the total number of daily flights reaching 104 in the volume of its operations.
