a spokesperson for The Prince’s Foundation told CNN in a statement that “the allegations die recently brought to his attention very seriously and the matter is” currently in research.”
Douglas Connell, chair of The Prince’s Foundation, said: in a statement die Fawcett offered to step down temporary “of active duties as Chief Executive of The Prince’s Foundation while the Trustees’ investigation is underway.”

A source close to the foundation told CNN that Emily Cherrington, chief operating officer, will take over in in the meantime and that The Prince’s Foundation is a registered charity in Scotland so the Scottish Charity Regulator has been notified.
