France condemns the Houthi attack on the port of Dabba

France strongly condemned the attack carried out by the Houthi militia with two drones on the oil port of Al-Daba in Hadhramaut Governorate.

The French foreign ministry stressed in a declaration today that the attack constitutes an unacceptable threat to international maritime trade and freedom of navigation, and this type of attack constitutes a gross and flagrant violation of international law.

The statement called on the Houthis to take responsibility and stop the escalation, denouncing the lack of progress in concluding a new truce. in Yemen, whose responsibility lies directly with the Houthis.

He praised the Yemeni government’s commitment to the armistice and political settlement and the efforts made by the Kingdom, Oman and the countries of the region in this direction, reaffirming the accession of France to the pace and unity in Yemen, as well as regional stability and security.
