Funded by the King Salman Center. The governor of Hadramout inaugurates the voluntary medical camp

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) inaugurated today in the city of Mukalla, capital of Hadhramaut Governorate, in eastern Yemen, the voluntary medical camp for orthopedic surgery and joint replacement, in coordination with the office of the Ministry of Public Health and the population in the coast of Hadramout and the administration of the hospital authority of Ibn Sina.

The camp, which lasts a full week and is supervised by a team medical consultant technician of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, provides his services to patients of Hadramout and neighboring governorates, represented in performing knee and hip replacement operations, bone biopsy, knee arthroscopic reconstructive surgery and manufacturing of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee Endoscopic removal of the ruptured meniscus, tendon separation operations and fractures.

Hadramout Mabkhout Governor Mubarak bin Madi thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its support in various humanitarian and relief camps, mostly in health field, to provide the necessary treatment services to Yemeni patients due to the current conditions of patients and the difficulty of traveling abroad.
